The area is known for its peaceful setting and colorful fall leaves.
Fall Hollow Falls
Fall Hollow Falls is easily accessed from the Natchez Trace Parkway at milepost 391.9. Visitors find a short, level path leading to a wooden viewing platform overlooking a main waterfall. For closer views, a steep trail leads to the lower cascades. The area is suitable for brief stops and photography, with several waterfalls visible from the trail.
Hohenwald Municipal Golf Course
Hohenwald Municipal Golf Course is a nine-hole, par-36 public course measuring 2,960 yards. The course is open year-round and features Bermuda grass fairways, Champions Bermuda greens, and rental options for golf carts and clubs. A snack bar is available in the clubhouse. The course is located near the center of Hohenwald and welcomes players of all experience levels.
Natchez Trace Wine Trail
Just off the Parkway, this four-winery trail (Amber Falls, Natchez Hills, Keg Springs, and Grinder’s Switch) celebrates Middle Tennessee’s rich wine and spirits heritage.
